Family constellations are a phenomenological method that reveals unconscious patterns in the family, business and other systems to which we belong.

Developed by Bert Hellinger, constellations allow deep insight into intergenerational dynamics, conflicts within the system and the path towards reconciliation and freedom.

They can be done individually (with figures) or in a group (with representatives). Both formats are equally powerful.
